Very unhappy to find out after we had our teeth cleaned that you no longer accept our insurance. Your office staff said they reached out with an email to inform us you dropped our insurance coverage and services would be considered out of network. I checked every email I received and not one of them explained that. The only email either of us received was to inform us of your office insurance for a monthly fee. We came to your office last fall when you told us that you accepted our insurance. To tell us after services were performed is not ethical, and shouldn’t be tolerated. Wish you had senior discounts for those of us who lost our ability to use the insurance we have with your group. I survive on $1500. SS a month..senior discounted apt. discounted electric etc.
