I was referred to Watertown Cleaning by a friend. I called on a weekend, got an immediate text that they would call me back. I spoke with them the next day, they scheduled a date and time of pickup, they were exactly on time and two very nice gentlemen helped me roll my carpet and off it went. It was an off white shag that was very soiled on one side. Came back a week later and it was literally perfect. Two other nice gentlemen delivered it and helped us position it in the right place. We also bought the mat provided by Watertown Cleaning, fit perfectly and does not slip! They are now cleaning a large antique Persian rug for us.
