I booked an appointment with Lyndsay W for full highlights and let me start off with my expectations were exceeded. I have 3 years of straight box dye (red) on my hair. I asked for caramel highlights, something doable for red hair but results aren’t going to be the exact same… She started off with a consultation where I showed her what I was going for and she explained the process…. I wanted to give this Ulta five stars because an angel at the front helped me cover up a gross zit right before I had to go to a funeral, but that was the only plus. There was not a single person on the floor beside an MSC who didn't look up from stocking and a security person that needs their contract dissolved immediately. I was scurrying around the store erratically because I was looking to burn money and I had to go to an event soon. Security was so busy loudly cackling while sitting in front of Fragrance that she didn't even look up from her FaceTime call. If y'all have a shrink problem, I would not be surprised. Ghost Town.
