Jim is the best. Promote him, give a raise, give him more vacation time! I’ve probably never had any service technician as helpful, informative, friendly, on time, in communication and just generally as awesome a person! Also my place is ant-free!! Results and awesome service!!
The whole Terminix team that serviced my Mom's house was amazing. Tim provided a detailed plan of action and explained all the services available to us. Nick and his team did an amazing job cleaning out my mom's attic and sealing the foundation, all while be courteous and friendly. Ricky called after his part of the job was completed and explained everything in detail and what to expect. We defintely appreciated everyone who helped us and took care of the problem quickly! Thanks!
so far so good. I have been satisfied with Giovhany and his help removing mice from my home. I appreciate that he answered all my questions and explained the process to me since having mice in the home is a very unsettling experience. I am looking forward to his continuing to help me eliminate this problem
