Excellent bedside manner. The ladies working there are all very kind, friendly, and seem to genuinely care. Shoutout to Vanessa and Alejandra for both making me feel comfortable throughout the entire exam. Keep up the great work!

The entire staff is extremely kind and caring. I had a 1:20pm appointment and it took an hour to be seen. Because this PP location is in Waterbury, they're a little busier with a longer wait time. It's a clinic, that's expected. But if you try to take care of more than 1 problem during an appointment, they're going to make you go back for a separate appointment.
