Always the best service.... since my childhood 50 years ago...Had a problem with an electronic lock (missing a key) ... Batteries went dead.. David and Ricky gained access to the lock in less than a minute... My Family has always counted on Leo's for all our Keys, Door locks, Dead bolts etc....Western and Central Connecticut's Best!

I was experiencing problems with my entry door lock and was concerned that it might be a troublesome repair since I am not very proficient at home repair. I was able to remove the defective lock without any issues and brought the entire lock set to Leo’s for their assistance. Rather than having to purchase replacement set complete with new knobs and new keys they were able to supply me with only the new lock mechanism and a quick do it yourself lesson saving me both money and time. Within 5 minutes of arriving back home I was able to complete the installation. Thanks again to Dave and his staff.
