The staff is amazing, but Dr Geffin was rude. He didn’t introduce himself upon walking into the exam room when it was my first time meeting him. He dismissed my eye concerns and said it’s “just allergies.” He was a little gruff while does the eye exam. He then handed me a sheet of paper with the name of OTC drops I could buy. I sat there and stared at it until he finally decided to explain what to do with it. I’ve seen Dr Ando before and she was great. I would return to her but not to him.

I cannot say enough great things about dr geffin and his staff - they are caring , kind and professsional. I was referred for cataract in my left eye that I was literally blowing off since I have a msg or anxiety and depressive disorder and I have a fear of people near my eyes . Dr Geffin was so comforting and made me feel so relaxed in surgery I didn’t even need general anesthesia as he promised if I really couldn’t handle it - in the end I was awake during surgery he talked to me the whole time and played country music for me and before I knew it it was over . I highly recommend Dr.Geffin he is the best !!!

Dr has a G*dlike complex. Doesn’t listen to patient’s concerns with an open mind. Very dismissive. Receptionist is short and just as dismissive. Other staff were nice, but not worth feeling disappointed every time you visit your doctor.
