About Heritage Systems Inc
Heritage Systems Inc. is a commercial roofing contractor in Connecticut. One customer has been loyal for 15 years, noting the company stands behind its work. Heritage installed an EPDM roof on a large commercial building and warehouses in 2011. Over the years, warranty repairs were handled in a timely manner and without question. Heritage consulted on a large solar project involving 275 panels, came out free of charge to inspect the roof, and provided expert suggestions for reinforcing the seams and transitions. The estimate was very reasonable, and the execution was flawless. The company showed integrity when a leak near a roof-top air handler proved difficult to fix; they returned with long-term technicians to ensure it was sealed properly and did not charge for the initial unsuccessful attempt. After a heavy downpour, it was bone dry. Heritage also performed a highly sensitive roofing project for a client with the highest level of professionalism and care, resolving unexpected issues appropriately. Since new ownership took over, the company has transformed, with a fresh perspective, investment in training, safety first, and a client-centric focus. Customers describe Heritage as professional, reliable, reasonably priced, and dedicated to exceeding expectations.
