Horrible I got there at 3 o’clock. Didn’t leave until 6 o’clock without even being seen no one came in the room to check on me to let me know anything. It was a complete disaster. I didn’t even get what I went in there for and the last time I went six months ago, they did my bloodwork and kept messing them up and had to keep telling me to redo them over and over again ultimately, I went to LabCorp

It was good ..the waiting time was kinda crazy but it was back to school kids getting there vaccines so it was sorta a while but other then that it was good ...can't complain really nice nurses and Doctors and Etc...thank you I will def recommend

The staff were all professional and easy to talk to. They were very helpful with any concerns that I had and I loved Doctor Beatrice Vincent she was awesome and kind. I would definitely recommend my whole family and friends to visit the waterbury Urgent Care on Frost Road 😃
