I had to change dentist due to my insurance. I was going to my the last dentist for 10 years and was irritated that I had to find another provider. I’m glad I found Connecticut Family Dental. They are professional and compassionate. Today I became nervous during my deep cleaning procedure and the hygienist realized it and was able to calm me down. I really appreciated her thoughtfulness. I didn’t have to say nothing. She was aware of me becoming nervous and took the right action steps to help me relax and completed the procedure. My teeth and gums were in good hands. Family Dental has the Best dental hygienist ever??Latonya

So when I was have pain in my teeth, I needed to find a dentist that was covered in my insurance. After looking through a bunch of options, I came across this one and decided to give this one a try. Since then, I have been using this dentist for the past two years. I have to say, while some criticism I have seen from their negative reviews are valid, the Yelp rating of a 1.7/5 before this review should NOT be indicative as to how these people are in any way.Why would I say this? The Best!! Beautiful office, convenient location, friendly staff and an amazing ownership/dental team. From cleanings to complex dental procedures, they always make me feel comfortable and the work is top notch. They always reach out with appt reminders and follow up after procedures. I highly recommend CT Family Dental and greatly appreciate all they have done for me. I took a quick picture of their Vision Statement and as it says, “they live it”. Thank you, James
