Rad staff have been very responsive and Michael has been very good about why something isn't working or needs to change which makes it easier to self correct or avoid the problems in the future.

Since RAD started with our agency, there have been a lot of changes but the team has been nothing but supportive. Michael is really great to work with! He's very prompt in addressing issues and provides easy-to-understand explanations about how to handle things if they come up in the future. He's very communicative and lets us know when there's something that he's working on. He's definitely an integral part of the team!
