Highly recommend this excellent, professional and trustworthy companyThrough the Utica Boiler Manufacturer's website, I found Q’s plumbing and Heating Company was one of the local dealer and installer. I emailed them the last week of November asking for an estimate of the cost to purchase and install a tankless Combi hot water boiler/heater. Marc (the owner) replied very quickly. This is the one that serves parts of west virginia..8 months ago Mark a technician came out and replaced some pipes on my water heater which was extremely old.Now a new problem with heating element came up ***no issues with previous work they have done*** so i called them to send someone out, which they squeezed me in the same day originally to replace a heating element in my water heater but there were unforseen issues where I needed a whole new unit ***being the water heater is so old.*** So we talked about the best route to take and gave me an estimate. All of the experiences I’ve had with Q’s Plumbing Company and his crew so far have been great. The interactions with the owner and his crew for me has been one of the highlights.
