I had a pretty chaotic moving day with multiple delays and timing issues from my movers, but the cleaning team was incredibly accommodating and flexible despite everything being pushed around. That alone made a huge difference and took a lot of stress off my plate.
The team was very kind and professional throughout the entire process. Erika, who I coordinated with, was especially great—responsive, friendly, and easy to work with.
They also did an amazing job on the cleaning itself. The place looked absolutely spotless when they were done. On top of that, they were impressively fast—there were four of them, and they finished cleaning my (empty) unit in under two hours without cutting any corners.
