This medical institution is well-run and provides a pleasant experience for patients. The doctors, nurses, and office staff are courteous, professional, and thorough. Dr. Wilder is very welcoming and easy to talk to, super knowledgeable, and provides a thorough exam. He is pleasant to deal with and makes patients feel comfortable with their exam and diagnosis. The practice is recommended for its educational approach and attention to patient concerns. Patients praise the doctors' listening skills and thoroughness in addressing their medical issues, providing peace of mind and a high level of satisfaction.
I started breaking out a few weeks ago and thought it was just eczema, bought a few different products thinking it would go away. It became worse and I was nervous it was something serious, called a few places and no one could really get me in soon except the firm Dr. Wilder works with. Got lucky and they had a cancelation for the next day. Everyone was super professional and legitimately concerned with my condition. Dr. Wilder was very welcoming and easy to talk to, super knowledgeable as well. Left feeling a lot better knowing it was only a bad allergic reaction and nothing more. Dr Wilder provided a thorough exam and was pleasant to deal with. He removed a wart from near my eye and biopsied a mole while assuring me it was precautionary. Both of his assistants were very competent and supportive.
Dr Wilder made me feel comfortable with my exam and his diagnosis! Received my medications for a rash and it seems to be working in just a few days! Follow up in 5 weeks and hopefully it’s only in the past!
