Optimal Physical Therapy & Performance

During my first visit, Dr. Craig Spann was able to get to the bottom of what was causing the shoulder/ arm pain and numbness I had been experiencing for the last few years. Subsequent visits along with specific exercises provided for me to do at home over the next few months helped to alleviate the symptoms to a point where I am now virtually pain free. Craig is an amazing PT. He is incredibly knowledgeable and works on figuring out your problem. I have a complex and long term back injury that no one else has been able to figure out. Craig found a regimen that works for me and keeps me pain free for extended periods of time. I couldn’t recommend anyone better!

Craig is the best physical therapist I have ever used. He thinks outside of the box to figure out the root of any issue you are having and works hard to fix it and/or make you feel better and be able to function! This is not your typical heat/cold, e-stim/tens, ultrasound and exercise therapy in and out in 20 min, Craig takes his time with every client and approaches each problem individually. Many of my friends and family now use him exclusively!
