Great experience getting Ring doorbells installed on front and back doors of our house. The technician Zack was helpful, efficient and friendly. His manager Francois was great and accommodated our needs quickly and with great courtesy.
I think the call center team and Brain was great!! Not too sure about the boss maybe owner as it appeared he was simply trying to get as money out me as he could. Debating if I would use again because of him. The five stars are for the employees.
