This Linda Pinto is in Connecticut, USA and has a very reputable and respectable Electrolysis (permanent hair removal) practice. The Linda Pinto being referred to by the 1 star review is a different Linda Pinto. Also, Cari Wade lives in Canada. We have never had any contact with her or from her. Unfortunately, Google has been contacted multiple times and they do nothing to assist businesses in terms of removing fraudulent reviews and we as business owners are not allowed to remove them either.

Linda is kind, genuinely cares about her patients, and very professional. I have seen her over the last 8 or so years at different times for permanent hair removal and would recommend her to anyone looking for a sanitary, comforting yet professional environment and practitioner. She is a registered nurse and her medical knowledge makes her that much better of of an electrologist!
