I am very selective and particular about who I trust with energy work, and would recommend Cathy as a highly trustworthy and grounded healer. I found Cathy though a recommendation of my reiki practitioner Alyssa last year, and have seen her for classes, and 1:1 sessions. What makes Cathy unique: She really helps you to connect with yourself, your own body, and your own experiences. I found working with her to be an internal exploration, and very grounding. Cathy is an amazing intuitive healer. I have been her client for 12 years - she is a gifted massage therapist and energy worker - I trust her implicitly and highly recommend her - she has literally changed my life. Her sessions are healing on a mental and physical level - incorporating reiki, cranial sacral therapy and more. Her workshops are wonderful - she is a gifted and generous teacher and I have learned so much from my time with her on and off the table.
