Do not use this company for roofing!!! Had my roof done by them in 2012. Roof is leaking in 2 different places now. One over the kitchen and over my daughters bedroom. Roofs are supposed to last more than 11 years. Left message for Tony explaining that my roof was leaking. No response. Piss poor quality work and obviously the owner takes no responsibility for the work.Service: Roof installation

They replaced our roof and less than 10 months later it was leaking so badly that buckets and towels were needed to catch the water that was falling through our bedroom ceiling. What makes the situation worse is when I called Tony, the owner, he refused to send someone out to look at it without me agreeing to pay him even more money first! He refused to take responsibility for the leaking roof and ended up hanging up on me saying “he doesn’t do charity work” and “that I should be grateful that he even returned my calls”. I don’t think that paying in full for a complete roof replacement, and expecting someone to come out and repair a severe leak within a year...read full review

DO NOT USE!!! TONY DOES NOT STAND BY HIS WORK! His company installed roof 8 months ago for me and it's already leaking! I called him to ask him to come look at it and all he wanted to do was blame it on the chimney and tell me he was going to charge me to even come out and look at it. After convincing him to come out and look at it finally he sent his guys and they found two separate issues that they did wrong that caused the water to be able to enter inside of the house. The leaking water caused damage inside of my house and Tony did not want to stand by his work. He called me crazy among other names and hung up on me and will not take phone calls from me. I have shared a few text messages from him.If you're looking for somebody that is going to stand by their work and do the right thing, A&G roofing is not one of those. Run as far away from them as you can!
