Recently I needed a pair of pants tailored and a few items that needed to be cleaned . I was greeted warmly, and my request of needing my items back by a specific time, somewhat of a rush was not promised, but she did state she will try her best. I was washing a queen sized duvet here and it washed itself into an infinity knot - one of the ladies and two young ladies that I believe work here helped me (read: did most of the tugging - they clearly had done this before) untangle and fluff it - I am so very thankful for their help because I definitely could not have done it myself.

I use Santoro's for their horse blanket service for my horse blankets, saddle pads and fly sheets. They always come back beautifully packaged, clean and all repairs are done.
