I've visited this office innumerable times as it is shared with my primary care physician. The office staff (both imaging and otherwise) have an extremely poor bedside manner, lacking even a modicum of concern for the privacy and dignity of their clientele. E.g., while in the waiting room I could hear the check-in staff identify a patient by yelling out that person's procedure to the entire room. The imaging professional I encountered similarly lacked decorum, albeit more so. When the aforementioned lack of privacy was mentioned to her, she exclaimed, "At least we're not proctologists." Tough call. We have been patients of the doctors at ProHealth for five years, and Peck Dr. is their new consolidated address -- they used to be on Bantam Road in Litchfield -- and it combines a regular clinic with express care. Our experiences with the doctors have been mostly positive, and the nursing assistants are terrific. No, our issue is with the new phone system installed by the corporate headquarters of ProHealth elsewhere in the state. Under the new system, all calls go to central answering and are re-directed to the correct office. The system doesn't work, or it works very slowly. We're unhappy, and the office workers tell us they are constantly frustrated. That tells us management is not doing a good job. Further, as of this date, ProHealth has not begun to acquire a Covid vaccine and administer shots. That's a lack of planning and vision by management. So, they seem to have good people on the front lines, and they're getting screwed by management at the top. This needs fixing - bad way to operate.

I've been suffering from right side pain for over 2 years and my doctor has only ordered blood work. She hasn't done anything for me, yet her response is "we've done everything we can, you should call your GYN". This place lacks competence. I do not recommend this place unless you have a death wish.
