Merit Pools came to my rescue when no one else could or would. I am a first time pool owner in Torrington and merit pools walked and talked me through everything in terms that i could understand. I called them in a panic because my pool was filled with , what I NOW know is algae, and I did not know what to do . I was in desperate need to find a pool maintenance guy to help me and Kelly at Merit pools Took the time to explain to me the products that I need and within four hours my pool again was crystal clear. She did not try to over sell me products in fact I asked her if I needed more and she said no..
