Other than having to wait for 45 minutes for an 8:30am appointment everyone from the receptionist Alexandria, the DR’s PA and the radiologist Cindy it was excellent. The office was extremely clean and everyone was very polite and professional. I was very pleased with my visit.
In January, I had arthritis repair surgery on my hand. From start to finish, the care was phenomenal; from pre-surgery to my last visit with Dr Mastella this week. PA (Chris), OT (Josh), Dr Mastella and the office support staff were professional, supportive, encouraging and knowledgeable. I have already recommended The Hand Center to at least 5 people and will continue to send people there. SO glad that I had this surgery (my hand is fully functional and back to normal-- with no pain) and that Dr Mastella was my surgeon.
Even though I am not happy with the poor prognosis for my shoulder with limited strength and mobility post surgery, I appreciate Dr. Mastella's straight talk about not moving forward with additional surgery to improve the use of my arm.
