Her meticulous attention to my needs, coupled with a warm and engaging demeanor, made for a truly exceptional experience. Regrettably, the front desk experience fell short of expectations, with an excessively prolonged checkout process of 18 minutes, attributed to a notable lack of organization and chaotic conditions, despite the presence of three staff members.“

“I've been going here for a few years now. They are excellent! Very consistent. It doesn't matter who does your nails, they always look fantastic. I usually stop in the day before I want to get them done and usually have no problem getting an appointment (unless its like mother's day weekend or prom...then you need to schedule in advance, obviously).
I highly recommend them! A really great group of people, very talented, a bunch of services offered, and, my favorite, you get a complimentary massage at the end of your manicure!!“
