Lisa has been invaluable to my health and wellbeing. She has helped me through numerous issues with my back, neck and shoulders. Her use of massage on my injuries has helped me to get back to work, working out and the rigors of life. I will also say, she has helped me to recover quickly where other methods including PT did not. I highly recommend her.
Lisa consistently greets you with a warm smile and demeanor. She listens to your concerns and then is apply the appropriate amount of pressure or technique to the problem area. I always feel refreshed after a session.
I've been going to Lisa for several years, and I couldn't recommend her more highly! She's helped me through so many minor injuries, knots, etc., and also helped to get me through my third pregnancy with a minimum of pain. Lisa is always calm and professional, and the massage room itself is an oasis in Star Hill. The prices are reasonable for me to go once a month. I always look forward to spending time with Lisa!
