People with mental health issues have enough to deal with. Having an unorganized and unresponsive group such as this does not help. I signed up for a telehealth visit. The Monday morning arrived. I still hadn't received a link for logging into the visit. I call the number provided for the counselor and it was someone else's voicemail and the center itself wasn't open when I called the main office.
