I highly recommend Melissa Clark-Smith for your hair care needs. It’s taken me 7 years to find a stylist in CT because I’m very particular about who does my hair but from the moment she called to confirm the appointment I knew she would not disappoint. She was early for a 5am appointment, consulted with me thoroughly about my wants vs needs before during and after giving A+ service, the salon was impeccable and the other clients were just as friendly. I was supremely impressed and scheduled my next appointment before leaving. In fact this will be where my family (daughter son and husband) and I go from here on out.

I went to the salon for the first time today. Tica honey you are truly an awesome stylist. I did not know what to expect, but my experience was lovely. All the ladies in the salon were welcoming, friendly and polite. I felt comfortable, cared for and can hardly wait to go back in 2 weeks. I would recommend this salon to anyone looking for a place to get worry free hair care. Tica thank you for the consultation and the time you took explaining the history of our hair journey as black women. Oh I love my hair. See you soon. 🌹
