Stratford Visiting Nurse Association is a state licensed, Medicare certified home health agency. The company has extremely professional and patient staff. They are very personable and make everyone feel comfortable. Stratford VNA has an amazing group of Healthcare providers who share empathy and compassion. They offer various services, including skilled nursing and therapy. The staff are some of the nicest people, providing wonderful care to patients recovering from illnesses or surgeries, like hip replacement.
