Amidst the recent storms in CT, I contacted SP Roofing to help repair an intermittent leak around the plumbing vent on our very old slate roof. Despite having several repair calls due to the storms, Segundo was incredibly responsive and fit our repair into his schedule within one week from his inital visit and evaluation. My wife and I both work in residential construction and feel comfortable with SP's evaluation of our roof's condition and are satisfied with their work and professionalism!
I used SP Roofing several times on different homes. The first home required a lot of attention due to previous water damage. The job was done in one weekend, and the cleanup was so good that you couldn’t even tell that a major project took place. The second home needed repairs done on one section which had water damage from leaky skylights. The skylights were removed, reframed, sheathed, and then new flashing where necessary and lastly a new roof. Everything looked great after and never leaked again.
I had an excellent experience with SP Roofing LLC. They replaced my roof, and the quality of their work was outstanding. They were very professional, reliable, and maintained great communication throughout the entire project.
They also provide an excellent workmanship warranty, which gave me great confidence in the quality of their work. The crew was punctual, kept the job site clean, and completed the project on time.
I highly recommend SP Roofing LLC. If anyone needs roofing or siding services, they are an excellent choice.
