I have to be honest in this review, and that means disclosing that I only came here because I was given a gift certificate. The reviews turned me off, and I was going to give the gift card away. However, I decided to give it a try. I scheduled an appointment, over the phone, with a very friendly man who also greeted me the same way when I entered the salon. The rest of the technicians also greeted me right away. Grace, was the technician I was scheduled with. She was super friendly and did an outstanding job with my pedicure. The people were nice enough, but everything was really rushed. I needed a fill on my UV gel.I asked the technician to cut my nails a little shorter. She took nail clippers to them, which is not the way you do it, ever. Also she rushed through it so fast that one of my nails was significantly shorter than the others. So short that there was no way to fix the fact that she also cut it crooked and also shorter in the middle than on the ends.I don't like to give negative reviews because I know that small businesses really do try, but it was pretty upsetting. The moment my husband band I walk in. We were welcomed so pleasant. This place is so beautiful, clean and relaxing. The staff is so friendly, don’t get me started with mail tech. Mr Jason did my nails, he was polite every time. I’ve never had my nail done so precise, he took his time and he paid attention to every detail. I’m so impressed. I found my self a new nail spa. MR.
