The trainer (Brittany) is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. She breaks down the process in easy to understand chunks and shows how it fits into the big picture. The owner expectations are managed perfectly...I feel like I'm being trained quite well.

I've seen some reviews that this place is filthy, the dogs are in kennels, and the dogs are constantly getting kennel cough. I think they may have the wrong place because this place is AMAZING! I've been to both facilities: Stonington and East Lyme. Winston, my sweet dog, has gone to almost all of their training classes. We've been coming here since he was about 4 months old. We've been going to this facility for 1.5 years +/- and I love everything about it: clean facility, knowledgeable staff, safe environment, and the best part about doggy daycare, he's only crated for one hour and that's so they can eat their snack and rest. We and our young Lab, Palmer, enjoyed our interactions with your excellent and caring staff. He is always so excited to be cared for and play with his dog buddies two days a week. Your customer-facing employees are Van and Kim and Dakota and Jennifer who very positively represent all the other folks I cannot name here. We thank all of you and recommend My Dogs Place to all. Summers in the portable swimming polls and cooling hoses and Winters inside getting warm loving, Palmer loves it all. Thank you!
