Can't recommend CROP enough! Had an issue with their online reservation system and didnt realize my appointment was denied (please make sure you get a confirmation email!) So I showed up on a Sunday right before my BILs wedding and Zobey was at the desk by herself and realizing what happened and my distress, she acted quickly to fit me in before the next scheduled appointment and gave me a beautiful style that didn't look like it only took 20 minutes, ha! I am eternally grateful and would love to send her my complements once again to management for her ability to pivot and produce a beautiful style in a tight timeline and never lost her cool. I just started going to Crop and my Stylist, Shannon, has been giving me an amazing cut! She is super talented, and always makes me feel like a million bucks. Best cut I've had in a while.

Distinguished salon in Mystic. For years I've found Crop to be a top-notch and consistent start to finish experience. With an upbeat atmosphere, the ambience is welcoming and relaxing. Occasionally I alternate stylists (most of whom have been with the salon for years) and have found everyone to be experienced and skilled. Products are top shelf and can't beat their patience with kiddos!!
