My Del Laptop (2017 model) computer had a dead battery that I was living with, but last SUNDAY, the Laptop's off/on switch failed.I opened the Laptop up, saw that the solder connections for the switch failed and the switch had broken right-off of the switch subassembly board.I went on line, found UBs Tech on Google.It said that they were open for telephone calls on Sunday.I called UBs Tech, described my situation. Greg said bring the whole thing (opened up Laptop/power-supply et all) over as long as you get here by 5:00pm.I brought the opened-up Laptop over and left it.Greg said he would source and order a replacement subassembly. UB ordered and swapped out the battery on an old laptop and walked me through some other questions I had so that I understood how best to proceed for my needs in the future. He is honest, friendly, and has very reasonable prices.
