Kathy and Patric met with me for a sealing quote on my patio. They thoroughly reviewed my existing patio and provided honest feedback that sealing would not make sense based on my patio's current condition. They then talked to me for a while about other options, answered my many questions, and provided their recommendations for next steps. I truly appreciated the feedback they provided. Although I have not utilized their services for any projects yet, they clearly are knowledgeable and friendly, and they will be #1 on my list based on this positive interaction.

I contacted four businesses to determine which of them would work best for the installation of new sidewalks and a patio in my backyard. I chose PGS Concrete Designs for a couple of reasons.

The first was the quality of their customer service presentation. In a language I understood, the two owners took the time to fully explain their installation process, including describing the materials they would use. They were such a pleasure to talk with.  I value working with nice people.
