Let me start with, I've always had good experiences with this office, but today was frustrating. The original doctor I was seeing from this practice retired and then I started seeing a new doctor and he actually retired so this office has one Gynecologist and aids or techs assisting the rest of the clients. I requested a refill for a previous medication, but the wrong one was sent. When I called to correct it, the receptionist insisted I'd stated it wasn't working and asked for a different Medication--which I didn't--and spoke to me in a condescending way and then said she wasn't being condescending when I told her I wasn't comfortable with how she was speaking to me. I asked for the manager, was told she'd call me back, and I'm still waiting--both for the call and my prescription.
Dr Marrone And Gabbi, PA-c Are some of the most caring and attentive providers I have ever had the pleasure of finding for my GYN. They make me feel comfortable, even though going in for exams can be really scary for certain people. They took the time to comfort me explain my options and make a plan for improving my situation, which I am eternally grateful for. Her bedside manner and her focus to try to make sure I felt comfortable for me and that I was in control of what would happen. This why this is the only GYN that I will be using hopefully forever. Dr. Marrone and her staff are a wonderful team of caring, professional people. The office is very welcoming and the staff puts you at ease from the start. I highly recommend Dr. Marrone!
