Vision Center Associates is a highly recommended eye care provider known for its expert, empathetic, and efficient staff. Dr. Simon is described as extremely thorough, working to ensure patients are healthy and happy. The practice has a friendly, local atmosphere and has provided excellent care for a family over many years. However, some customers find the policy of prescriptions expiring after one year to be an inconvenience.
EXCEPTIONAL. The staff on the frontline here is wonderful, warm and welcoming and extremely professional, as was Dr. Pabon, who could not have been more disarming and courteous. She takes great care in explaining each examination procedure and the results that follow. Vision Center Associates Southport also has a fantastic selection of eyeglasses (sun also) from which to choose for your prescription, as well as Peepers readers, a personal favourite. This was a wonderful experience!
Dr.estel was one of the best visits I’ve had! She was easy to talk to, listened thoughtfully to my questions and really took her time with the visit. It’s so rare you find a provider you feel is easy to talk to!!
Like the Doctor and staff but not their policy that their prescriptions expire after 1 year. They will not sell you contacts or verify your prescription with anyone else. Believe this is their policy and not a rule or law. Its a big inconvenience for me and anyone who does not plan to have an eye exam every year.
