“I am providing a 5 star rating based on how quickly I was accommodated for an appointment and the great interactions I had with the staff.
My dog had a bad ear infection and needed urgent treatment. Although I am currently not a historic client, the receptionist at Bespoke accommodated me by scheduling a same day appointment although they were fully booked.
When I arrived, the staff were very friendly and played with my dog when they passed by the waiting room area. The technicians quickly swabbed and tested her ears. The vet read their report and inspected her ears to verify she had an ear infection. She was quickly treated afterwards and is feeling much better. I highly recommend their clinic!”
