I recall (during our initial Salko Farm tour) Jane commenting on how horses can sense your ‘congruency’ within…was it 70 ft?! They empathically know how you feel inside. There’s no pretending with them. How beautiful that horses can be so attuned to us! Well, I’ve seen nothing but pure joy in my daughter since her first ride. She’s having so much fun learning how to ride. I barely understand the world of horses but the affect on my child is evident. Feeling connected to the horses and the calm, confidence and that joy is unmistakable, quite therapeutic in these times. It’s been a privilege to be a part of the Salko world. Love the instructors, great experience. Go for it too!

Salko Farm is the best, all the instructors are amazing, the horse are really well cared for, and its a fun and welcoming environment. I feel that they prioritize safety first which is so important to me.
