I have been going to this place (on and off) for over 10 years. I first came to see Jo, and what a fantastic soul. We created some really cool designs and to this day, I still get compliments on her work that she did over 8 years ago! I am now seeing Marlena and I have so far 3, and my next appointment booked. She’s insane at fine-line work, hand written wording/notes, abstract, geometric/ ornamental work. The “vibe” is very calming and not intimidating at all, like some shops may feel if you are new and/ or do not like music so loud it vibrates the whole building. I have had multiple tattoos done at this studio by Marlena and I am never disappointed with the outcome. Her attention to detail and tweaking the tattoo to make it just the way i want it is just impressive. She is also has a very clean and organized workspace which gives a sense of comfort. Definitely will be going to her for any tattoo that I need done for as long as she is tattooing. I also will refer anyone looking for any art done to her! The Irish flag was a cover up that she did, and the memorial is still a work in progress
I’m a little late in reviewing this but a couple weeks ago I got a tattoo here with two of my friends. I very highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get a tattoo. I told our tattoo artist, Marlena, that it was my first tattoo ever and she patiently explained the process to me and made sure I was completely happy with the design before starting. She was super nice! It ended up taking less than 10 min each for our tattoos and the prices were pretty good! I also watched her prep and sanitize everything before starting and I was just very happy with the whole experience. We also got in depth aftercare instructions. I love my new tattoo!
