The staff were nice and friendly. The place is good for kids, but the toys had lot of hairs in it to bring in kids. The toys need to be thoroughly cleaned, since kids often put them in their mouth. This was my first experience, maybe it was one-off
So worth it! Im from litchfield and its a 40 minute drive for us. My son is autistic and we see Katie and she does an awesome job with him! Very sweet and understanding of his needs and even with him wiggling around he still gets a good haircut. Plus the place is cute and fun, lots of colors. Theres a little table with cars and toys for them to play with while they wait for their appointment. And they get to leave with a little gift. Recommend for sure 🙂
Emilie did a great job on my son's 1st haircut! we came in worried because he's usually very afraid of new scenarios being 20 months old, and absolutely does not sit still. she made sure he was comfortable, and he did a great job not one cry from him! she even got smiles and giggles out of him which is rare for a stranger to be able to do for him! even included his baby brother in a prize so they could have matching toys at the end.
