Been going to this nail salon for some time now. Today’s experience wasn’t all that great. Aside from the great pedicure I got which was amazing and my toes look good I can’t say that for my nails. This is the second time that my nails are different length, not shaped correctly, wasn’t even asked how I wanted them shaped, bubbles in my nails from the top coat and the top coat only being applied to half my nail. Still have color from the previous set I had on stuck on my nail as well. I left looking like I didn’t even go in to get a fill today. I purchased a voucher on class pass for a gel manicure. The gentleman who did my manicure was alright but visibly kept getting annoyed with me (I think my fingers were too stiff? haha); poor communication. I tried letting him know I purchased on class pass as soon as I entered, but he had no idea what that was despite me pulling up the app. Luckily, when I checked out they were able to accept my voucher. The gentleman gave me a massage beneath my shirt which was a bit strange. The gel manicure looked nice at first but I noticed he left one of my nails way longer than the others after leaving. Wish there was a cheaper pedicure for my 9 year old daughter as I was not expected to spend $43 just for a pedicure. I asked for basic and the lady shook her head no like she either didn’t understand me or they didn’t offer. Also my massage chair was broken and that’s my fav part. However, it was my boyfriend bday so we all got the pedicures as planned. The pedicure did come out nicely though.
