Do Ferguson is a scammer left one scammer for another .,all in same network.Swelling /pain in R foot X-ray's again repeated Brought two set of recent copies Treatment "Arizona Boot"wow" Good.1hr got put he on as instructed.you cannot drove with this boot"within 3hrs max I could not tolerate it no mater how I loosened the strip to find out from the manual not to wear it in case of increase to seek medical careCallback Dr office fro 5p to 6:30p No avail The following brought the boat back .,Not returnable Manager tell me I signed for it Medicare is already billed (less than 24 hrs) Left the boot notify Medicare who suggest to appeal when I receive the statement.I did not realize what I signed was a bill to Medicare for$695 for the boot.I thought It was an acknowledgement that they instructed on how-to use the boot at home etc... Call the "Bregg Co who makes the boot Return it or exchange it if you prefer a shorter version.Medical office should be able to return it to us .We are their supplierI was told by Michelle who handle The CT distribution after many calls I was given a date for a shorter version.I asked for the payment to Medicare to be readjust then the ceiling fell down with the secretary loosing it on me .I walk home without the boot prior to that Saw DO Ferguson who schedule for a cast fitting on Monday .Received a $695 boot on Monday.Say no more . Appeal to Medicare is in progress.They got paid for a boot that I do not have and that would be the worst thing for peroneal nerve irritation do you are a scammer and that Secretary at the front desk stepped out of line ,rude and disrespectful to patients in the worst way ever

Unfortunately all this place did was waste our time to collect insurance money. My daughters care here was extremely mishandled. I'd suggest going right to UCONN/YALE/CHILDREN'S because after they bill your insurance, that's what they will tell you. They didn't help us get an appointment for an MRI, or follow up care with Children's. Avoid the headache of this practice all together.

Dr Ferguson is the worst I went in with a broken knee he had a trainee put it on incorrectly he did not check if to was done right sent me back to rehab with an ill fitting brace that gripped my heel where it did not belong my foot that had nothing wrong with IT NOW HAD DEVELOPED NERVE DAMAGE AND A BONE SPUR.Then he tried to tell me it was from osteoporosis except I don't have osteoporosis in my feet ,then he tried to push surgery on me for a condition he caused by his lack of attention.Stay away.
