The Milan Laser in Southington is very professional all around from scheduling appointments to the those that perform the hair removal process. I was going to Newington and I was so frustrated that I almost gave up. It was difficult to get appointments and the employees were not customer focused, especially the manager there. So pleased that I was referred to Southington. It’s been a great experience!

During my session today, Sam continuously checked in on me throughout the treatment and provided excellent education along the way.
