have been coming to lux since they opened on and off. recently brought my teenage daughter for her first set of nails and she picked a design that was pretty extravagant, she didn't like them & was upset but didn't say anything until we left. we went back the next day and they completely redid her nails to make sure she was happy, they didn't make a big deal, they wanted to make sure she was happy. they came out great and they didn't charge any extra for the change, which was extensive and time consuming. I appreciate that they did this as nails are very expensive!
Love the owners... their nails are beautifully done and really pay attention to detail... been going there for 8 + years... they employ great staff... the place is very clean and comfortable... perfect nail salon....!!!!
I -- a man in his early 60s -- had my first-ever mani-pedi in this establishment about 2 years ago. Since, I've noticed that there are not A LOT of men who seek services here. Maybe they should. I hate dealing with my nails (gross) and have found I enjoy having these good people help me out with a chore I despise. I've tried a couple of other places, but keep returning here. I'm not getting complicated nail services, I just get the basic. They do a great job and the salon is very clean, calm, and comforting. What's not to like?
