“I just recently purchased a backpack leaf blower through them, when I initially called they were not in stock due to current market conditions, but they were friendly and polite, took my name and number and said they would let me know as soon as they did. I received a call a month or so later just like they said they would do, I was heading out on vacation for a week, but they let me pay for it over the phone and I picked it up when I got back... it was quick and easy, they did what they said they would do and they even got it started up for the first time and put in a full tank of gas! Oh and they gave me a pilsner mug, what more could you ask for, haha!“
