Was hoping for a great pedicure! There are plenty of really good ones out there! The gentleman that did mine... Nipped my cuticle causing redness and irritation (needed triple antibiotics to clear it up) Really poor polish job! REALLY poor filing job with rough edges... Sadly, will never return

Went for a dip polish change. Supposed to be $47. The tech said manicure? I said polish change. She charged me $67 for a polish change. IF there was a hand massage or any additional care to my nails, I would have let it slide. But there was not. And this was not the first time this happened. Also the tech offered to do my eyebrows. I declined, she proceeded to talk about how bad they needed to be done for the rest if the service. It was unnecessary and uncomfortable and untrue. They are conveniently located, but after today it is time to seek out additional options.

Normally I'm very happy with my nails. That is not the case today. It was rushed and he was too busy talking and not paying attention. I had the same design done in the past, with one different color and he tried upcharging me a ridiculous amount for same design. It was nicer the first time!Il I felt I was being taken advantage of. I may give it one more try. He did NOTHING special to try and charge me so much more! Pay attention to your client and dont complain how busy you are! Very tacky.
