The office staff is also highly regarded as knowledgeable, kind, and professional. Patients who have undergone cataract surgery under Dr. Shafik's care are extremely satisfied with the results.

Dr Shakir and staff have gone above and beyond every time I’ve had to see them for emergency treatment. I had an eye ulcer and was going on vacation the next day and he did everything in his power to heal me. Unfortunately I got an eye ulcer in my other eye and my insurance denied the procedure he wanted to do to correct it and fixed me up. A true professional and easily one of the best doctors I’ve ever experienced.
