“Adriana was wonderful! And I love my hair. For the first appointment she took her time and sat down with me before diving in. We spoke about the possibilities, what I had in mind, her thoughts, etc. She wasn’t sure how my hair would respond to certain techniques (color/glazes) so she made sure to schedule extra time in case she had to make changes. Everyone’s hair is different so I appreciated that. She doesn’t try to sell you products (I did buy some bc I asked a bunch of questions and she was knowledgeable about them), is honest, and incredibly talented. I highly recommend this salon and Adriana! I saw some work of the other stylists there and it was amazing as well!Services: Blowouts“

“I followed Stephanie from her previous salon near my home in Waterbury; I could walk there but now it's a 20-minute drive to The Beauty Bar. That's how much I value her skills as a stylist. Whenever I have to find a new hair stylist, I absolutely hate it because I'm a perfectionist and picky about my hair style. I'm an older woman with straight, coarse, thick hair but I don't want a conventional "old lady" haircut. I like to style my hair in a deliberately messy way so I want tons of texture. Stephanie listened to me and from her first cut, I've loved what she does with my hair. She's kind and patient, and will happily "take a little more off the top" or "tighten it up around my ears" after she's cut my hair and then pauses to ask what I think. She's so worth every penny and the longer drive!“
“I’ve passed this location many times and always admired how cute it looks from outside. Yesterday I decided it was time to get a haircut so I called up and they were able to get me in the same day which I really appreciated. Amanda took great care of me from start to finish. She gave me a consultation in which we discussed my desired look. The shampoo was very nice and I was impressed with the quality products they use. Amanda cut my hair exactly how I wanted it and I also enjoyed great conversation the entire time. (PS: the inside of the salon is even cuter than the outside! “Jen, Carly, Shirley, Monse were our team for my wedding on 12/29/23. Jen & her team are absolute experts and handled my wedding morning like the professionals they are. They managed 15 women's hair & makeup services smoothly and efficiently, they were even done way ahead of schedule! My bridal makeup was flawless all night. Jen took feedback from my trial without ego or bias and adjusted the look to exactly what I wanted. The whole team was incredible, and all of my bridesmaids were so happy with how their hair & makeup turned out & even said the lashes applied were the most comfortable they had worn! I especially want to thank Carly & Monse for the care they took in doing my mother-in-law's hair and makeup. With shorter, more thin hair she was concerned about how to style it, and Carly executed what she wanted perfectly, she was beyond pleased. Thank you to all!“
