I traveled out of state to bring both of my parrots, Anthony and Viv, to see Dr. Nancy Karol Hensen and I’m so glad I did! She was incredibly accommodating, knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely caring. She took her time with each exam and explained everything clearly, which made me feel completely confident that my parrots were in excellent hands. Her staff was also wonderful, friendly, and welcoming. Dr. Hensen was absolutely worth the trip, and I would highly recommend her.
Dr. Hensen is very thorough, careful and thoughtful. Everyone who works in the office is nice and cares about me and my dog Mannie a lot. Appointments are readily available for both regular care and acute issues. Would highly recommend to anyone who has a pet that needs care!
I had a decent experience at the dentist. The staff was nice, but I felt like I was in the chair a bit longer than expected. Overall, not bad, but I might look for a place with quicker appointments next time.
