I’m originally from the Midwest, so I don’t know many people here. I had an unexpected mess in the back seat of my truck with a smell that was unpleasant. I called 4 other places with no answer or call back. Rich Look picked up immediately and fit me in to get an interior cleaning. All I wanted was get the back seat cleaned, but he went above and beyond expectations. Some of the best customer service in any business from my experience in the region. Great person and great results! I will only be coming here from now on.

WOW !! I Ask a friend of mine if he could recommend somebody for detailing. He recommended Rich at Rich Look LLC. Since I trusted my friend completely and he spoke so highly of them I figured I'd give it a shot. He just completed my wife's car a couple days ago, it looked fantastic ! I asked him about doing my truck which was in bad shape and he gave it back to me and I don't wanna get rid of it anymore!!! What a fantastic job. I Highly recommend them. I can’t be more impressed! My car is a 2006 Mazda 6. Rich was so great explaining what they would do for my car, scheduled me for the next day, and when he spoke with his brother, John, John offered to pick the car up and bring it back for me. Aside from the usual grunge of dirt, drink spills, and dog hair, my biggest problem with the car has been the wheels with constant break dust. They were BAD! I wish I had taken a “before” pic to be able to show you. The wheels look new, the entire car looks brand new! This was an amazing experience.Services: Steam cleaning
